If the current rate does not suit you, you can wait a bit — when market conditions change, the rate may become more favorable. We strive to offer users the most competitive rate.

30 minutes are allocated to place an order. If the order is not placed in time, it is deleted automatically. In that case, create a new one.

If the order is already completed — funds are non-refundable.

If the order is paid but not processed — you can request a refund (minus the payment system fee) by contacting online support at express.money.

⚠️ Contact support as soon as possible to suspend order processing.

Further actions depend on order status:

• If the order is under review or being processed — payment details can be corrected.
• If the order is completed — you can only receive information about the details to which funds were sent.

💡 Express exchange is credited within a few minutes.

Regular orders are processed from 20 to 180 minutes after funds are received in our wallet.

Express exchange by card number is a fast exchange of cryptocurrency for rubles with transfer of funds to a card (by card number or SBP). In most cases, the payout arrives in a single payment.

The maximum amount of a single transfer is 100,000 ₽. If the exchange amount exceeds the limit, the payout is automatically split into several payments. The monthly limit is up to 1,000,000 ₽.

Under payment system classification, the transfer comes from a legal entity. This format avoids classic P2P transfers between individuals and the associated additional banking risks.

In rare cases, due to bank processing specifics, the payout may arrive in several transfers or take longer. If payment to the specified details is not possible, the service may request new payment details.

Funds arrive after crediting to the exchange, usually after the network receives the required number of confirmations:

• Bitcoin (BTC) — 1 confirmation
• Ethereum (ETH) — 12 confirmations
• Litecoin (LTC) — 4 confirmations
• XRP (XRP) — instantly
• Tether (USDT) — 12 confirmations
• Ethereum Classic (ETC) — 200 confirmations
• Dash (DASH) — 10 confirmations
• Zcash (ZEC) — 12 confirmations
• Monero (XMR) — 10 confirmations
• Dogecoin (DOGE) — 20 confirmations

The number of confirmations depends on exchange rules and network load.

2️⃣ Notifications — we inform you about status:

• via Telegram, if the bot is connected and a contact is specified

If you did not confirm payment, contact support chat or email express.money. To restore the order, provide the order number or email from the order.

This can happen for various reasons:

• Check whether the "I have paid" button was clicked
• Check whether funds were debited from your wallet or card
• Transfer status (processing or declined)

Also verify that payment details match. If everything is correct — contact support.

The "Under review" status is not an error. Possible reasons:

1️⃣ Wallet was not issued due to high load

Try a different amount or retry in 15 minutes

2️⃣ A smaller amount was transferred than requested

To identify the payment:

• 📎 attach transaction screenshots

3️⃣ Transaction delay in the network

Reason — low fee

No action is required from the user; the network automatically generates confirmations

Upon crediting, the amount is fixed, but the network rate may change, affecting the final result:

• increase
• decrease
• remain unchanged

⚠️ The website states: "The exchange service does not fix the rate at the time the order is created".

💡 Tip:

Use less volatile assets — USDT (OMNI / TRC / ERC), USDC, and other stablecoins.

If more than 20 minutes have passed since crediting, contact an operator.

Reasons for delay:

TXID (Hash ID) is a unique transaction identifier for tracking in the blockchain.

⚠️ TXID is not a wallet address.
